The park itself is a masterpiece of landscaping art. It is an open-air pavilion designed to look like a miniature New York or Paris Park. Each pavilion is lined with beautiful flowers and is surrounded by three pavilions (which function as restaurants). The interior of each pavilion has been decorated with paintings depicting scenes from Texas, Mexico, or the Southern US. In addition to the outdoor activities, the park offers a stage for live entertainment every night.

Bill and Ann are proud to serve the Lubbock community with their year-round passion for providing enjoyment, education, and relaxation. They have accomplished many tasks, such as: hosting events such as the “Lubbock Centennial Celebration” and the “Hubble Speech.” The Centennial Celebration is a free festival that features music, fireworks, food, and interactive exhibits. The “Hubble Speech” is a one-of-a-kind political rally that Bill & Ann Miller hosted in August of 2021. It was addressed by then Senator John McCain and featured Vice Presidential candidate Paul Ryan.

The Miller family has also contributed to various non-profit organizations, including: Cancer Research and Prevention, Children’s Hospital, Creative Learning Centers, Habitat for Humanity, and the Texas Women’s Center. They also started their own foundation, The Bill and Ann Miller Foundation. The mission of the foundation is to support women entrepreneurs and aspiring women business owners throughout the state of Texas.

A few blocks from the park, you will find the Bill and Ann Miller’s historic home, which sits on three acres. Built in 1900, it features two story living spaces. You can enjoy the peeling paint, vintage fixtures, and wood flooring throughout the home. Each room features its own unique charm, and throughout the house you will discover delightful artwork and stained glass pieces. The main living space has been transformed into a dining room, with an open kitchenette, an expansive media room, and a state-of-the-art kitchen.

Located on the grounds are the Bill & Ann Miller House Museums: ark Science Gallery. This museum contains a collection of artifacts and memorabilia, which displays the love of photography, art, and history through the ages. Nearby is the Bill & Ann Miller Outdoor Theater, which are available for shows during the summer.
